Updated Safety Measures

  • Disposable masks will still be available at the shop and clients are encouraged to wear one if they choose or if requested by their artist.

  • If you or someone you’ve come into contact with are experiencing cold/flu like symptoms please cancel your appointment and wait 14 days to reschedule.

  • Clients are required to sanitize their hands upon entering the shop. hand sanitizer will be available at the front desk and each workstation.

  • We ask clients to arrive at their appointment alone. Only clients scheduled for their specific time frame are permitted to enter the shop.

  • We ask clients to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to their appointment.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. In the circumstance the shop is required to close in accordance with provincial regulations, deposits will be kept on file and redeemable for our next available opening.


  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • All openings are on a first come first serve basis pending deposit. 

  • All deposits are non-transferable.

  • All clients must be 18 years old or older. we do not accept parental consent.

  • ALL DESIGNS ARE SHOWN THE DAY OF the APPT.

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE VALID for UP TO ONE YEAR FROM ORIGINAL DEPOSIT DATE.

  • DEPOSITS WILL BE CARRIED OVER UNTIL YOUR FINAL APPOINTMENT.

  • RESCHEDULING REQUIRES 72 HOURS (3 BUSINESS DAYS) NOTICE OR THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

  • CLIENTS ARE PERMITTED UP TO THREE OPPORTUNITIES TO RESCHEDULE. BEYOND THAT WILL RISK LOSING THEIR DEPOSIT.

  • FAILURE TO SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.

  • CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS WILL RISK LOSING THEIR DEPOSIT.

  • CLIENTS MUST EAT WITHIN 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT.

  • Major Design CHANGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND IS THE ARTISTS’ DISCRETION. Note, deposits may be forfeited to cover design time and a new deposit will be required.

  • CLIENTS WHO ARE INTOXICATED OR WITHOUT IDENTIFICATION WILL NOT BE TATTOOED, RESULTING IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.

  • we provide one free touch-up for up to one year from the original appointment (Applicable to resident artists only). this excludes tattoos done on high traffic areas such as hands, face, and feet. touch-ups will not be provided if aftercare instructions ARE not met. Please note: WE REQUIRE 72 hours notice for APPOINTMENT CHANGES. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL REQUIRE DEPOSITS FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS. 

  • NO KIDS, PETS, CRYING, OR ASSHOLES.
